Anti-Money Laundering & KYC Policy

1. Compliance Commitment

MoneyGo strictly adheres to the provisions of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, Financial Action Task Force (FATF) recommendations, and OFAC sanctions guidelines. We enforce zero tolerance for money laundering, tax evasion, or illicit funds placement.

2. Customer Identification Program (CIP / KYC)

Every client must successfully undergo identity verification before executing capital withdrawals:

• Tier 1 Verification: Legal name, email, residential address, phone number, and self-certified country of tax residence.
• Tier 2 Verification: High-resolution government-issued photo ID (Passport, National Identity Card, or Driver’s License) and recent proof of residential address.
• Corporate Verification: Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum and Articles of Association, and Beneficial Ownership (UBO) disclosure for entities holding over 25% equity.

3. Sanctions Screening & PEP Monitoring

All registered accounts and destination blockchain wallet addresses are dynamically screened against the US Treasury’s OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list, European Union sanctions databases, and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) registries.

4. Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)

If our automated anti-fraud heuristics detect rapid structuring of deposits, high-risk blockchain mixer affiliations, or inconsistent trading patterns, the account is immediately placed under compliance freeze, and formal reports are generated as mandated by law.
