Please review these institutional terms and conditions governing the use of the MoneyGo platform and related investment services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an investor account or accessing the MoneyGo platform (moneygo.biz), you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Risk Disclosure Notice.
2. Investor Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), possess the requisite legal capacity, and are not located in an OFAC-sanctioned territory.
3. Account Security & Responsibilities
Investors are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), and safeguarding external blockchain wallet private keys. MoneyGo shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from client credential compromise.
4. Investment Strategy Participation & Fees
Capital allocated to an investment plan tier is committed for the specified duration horizon. Early redemption requests are subject to portfolio liquidation adjustments and applicable administrative fees disclosed in the plan specifications.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding commercial arbitration in New York City.
