Treasury & Settlement Guidelines
USDT Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Clear rules, network requirements, confirmation standards, and verification guidelines governing all digital asset capital flows on the MoneyGo platform.
1. Supported Blockchain Networks & Asset Scope
MoneyGo exclusively supports Tether (USDT) settled across three distinct blockchain networks:
- Tron (TRC20): Fast, low-fee settlement. Minimum 19 network confirmations.
- Ethereum (ERC20): Institutional smart contract standard. Minimum 12 block confirmations.
- BNB Smart Chain (BEP20): High-throughput, low-fee standard. Minimum 15 block confirmations.
CRITICAL WARNING: Sending any asset other than USDT, or sending USDT over an unsupported blockchain network (e.g. Solana, Polygon, Arbitrum), will result in irrecoverable loss of funds.
2. Deposit Verification Protocol
All incoming deposits undergo automated and manual verification:
- The investor initiates a deposit through the secure client portal and copies the attributed wallet address.
- Following the external transfer, the investor submits the corresponding Transaction Hash (TXID).
- Our treasury systems independently inspect the public blockchain explorer to confirm amount, destination address, and required block depth.
- Balances are credited only after independent confirmation. MoneyGo does not credit unverified claims.
3. Withdrawal Rules & Status Pipeline
To safeguard client assets and enforce international AML compliance, withdrawals follow a strict multi-stage lifecycle:
